FILM
I compose original music, and create bespoke sound effects and atmospheres for films. I also edit dialogue and SFX, and create the final mix for delivery.
THEATRE
I write, produce and sequence original music and sound for live theatre. I also programme and and mix pre-recorded and live sound for both plays and musicals.
COMMERCIALS
I create bespoke compositions to brief for advertising across any and all media. I also mix and deliver a complete audio package to the required broadcast spec.

Harry Smith is a Composer and Sound Designer for film, theatre and television. His credits include the multi award-winning 2020 film What a Carve Up! Starring Stephen Fry, Derek Jacobi and Tamzin Outhwaite, as well as the 2021 follow up, The Picture of Dorian Gray.
He has lead on sound for a number of other award winning productions, and has developed a back catalogue of critically acclaimed work spanning from experimental, non-linear theatre soundtracks to high spec TV broadcasts.
Since 2019, Harry has worked as resident Composer and Sound Designer for the prolific theatre producing house, the Barn Theatre, and for their sister company, Barn Digital Media, where he also provides complete audio production/post production services.
